Handmade Products
All products sold by Collections by Vivi are handmade and crafted in small batches. Because each item is created by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
Production Time
Since our items are handcrafted, production time is required before shipping. Orders typically take approximately one (1) week to make before they are prepared for shipment. Production times may vary slightly depending on demand and material availability.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed, it ships within 3–5 business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on location, carrier delays, or seasonal volume. Collections by Vivi is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds – Handbags
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all handbag sales are final. No refunds or returns are accepted on handbags. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds – Jewelry
Jewelry items may be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. Collections by Vivi is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
